Felix Richter has been a management consultant since 1996, focusing on organizational and strategic consulting as well as development coaching. The economics graduate has many years of project management experience at home and abroad. In addition, he taught for many years at the University of Potsdam and the Merseburg University of Applied Sciences. The current focus is on change management and sustainable development. Before founding Kompetus, he worked, among others, at Metaplan and Capgemini Consulting.
Andre Stuer has been working as a consultant, trainer, and coach in change processes since 1992. After studying computer science, organizational science, and group dynamics, he worked for various international management consulting firms and led global change projects as a consultant and executive in business enterprises (including Daimler, BASF, Lufthansa). In addition, he has experience in social institutions, public administration, and international cooperation.
After a management career in retail and the clothing industry, Wolfgang has worked as a consultant and sparring partner for leadership and change processes. He is also author of books on leadership. Wolfgang conducted management trainings, especially on strategy. His client base is diverse, with a preference for innovative tech companies and sustainability pioneers. Furthermore, Wolfgang has a broad experience in complex transformation projects and assessing future trends, also in the NPO sector.
Martina Schubert has been working in the fields of human resources management and organizational consulting for over twenty years. She has developed training programs for numerous international organizations in the public and private sectors. As a consultant, she works for internationally operating clients in change and qualification processes. In addition, the Ph.D. in educational science is a lecturer for human resources management and self-organization at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
Katrin Greve-Grönebaum worked for many years as a cultural and media policy consultant in the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt. She then worked in the field of political communication. She is a trained coach and mediator. As a cooperation partner, Ms. Greve-Grönebaum focuses on mediation and conflict management in organizations (practicing since 2003) as well as supporting change processes in public administration and non-profit organizations.
Radha Barna Roa has over ten years of consulting experience in the field of information and communication technologies. Already during his studies in electrical engineering, he was involved in innovative IT projects. His main areas of expertise are IT strategies, security, and IT infrastructure. At Kompetus, Mr. Barna Roa supports projects in the field of digitalization. Current fields of activity include cloud computing and the internet of things.
Clemens Jakob Poldrack studied social sciences with a focus on political science as well as religious studies in Erfurt and Berlin. Prior to his work at Kompetus, he worked on scientific research projects at universities and think tanks (including the Berlin Social Science Center (WZB), TU Berlin, Maecenata Institute for Philanthropy and Civil Society) on topics related to civil society (third sector), philanthropy, and social movements.
